2026 Foals

At Finch Farm we strongly believe that a happy horse starts with a happy, well adjusted foal.  While tradtionally foals are weaned as young as four months, we have found that our babies and mamas are much happier with a later, gradual weaning.  Our foals all begin the weaning process at 8 months.  It can take a few weeks and during that time, they stay with the herd and live beside their mamas.  This gradual weaning helps them adjust and still feel safe.

We offer payment plans on our available foals through weaning. 

 

You can be assured that your future heart horse has been handled daily, leads, baths, loves being groomed, stands for the farrier, has been loaded on the trailer, experienced a variety of obstacles and activities and wants nothing more than to spend time with his/her people.

We will be taking applications this spring for 2026 foals.  Here are our expected pairings.
