Meet the Boys

MONSTER MASH
This 2017 gelding is the reason we do what we do. Monster Mash is smart, athletic and has a puppy dog personality. He has a sweet head to match his disposition but is built like a tank, with solid bone, a broad, deep chest and a powerful, apple bottom. Monster won the Adaquan all breeds award in 2023 for Gypsy Vanners while competing at 2nd level dressage. He also qualified for the FEI regional dressage finals. This year Monster is perfecting his piaffe and flying changes and looking forward to competing at FEI level three dressage shows. Monster is the total package with personality, conformation, athletic ability and presence. It's no wonder we fell in love. Everyone deserves their very own Monster.

MONASHEE TOY STORY (Buzz)
Good things really do come in small packages. We weren't looking for a stallion, but this mini-stallion was looking for us and we couldn't be more thrilled. Buzz was the perfect introduction to what a stallion can and should be. Buzz saved his very best for last, and gave us the gorgeous FFG Beatrix out of SD Spice of Life. He is now enjoying his retirement life as a gelding. We owe this boy a lot. While he doesn't love being ridden, he is always up for some liberty work, and time on the pedestal is his favourite.

WILLIOWSWAY TOO SPOOKY
Shown here at 18 months, Spooky is the future herd sire of Finch Farm.
For us a stallion prospect needs to be proven in mind, movement, conformation and what he puts on the ground. After a season of breeding Spooky has proven he has the mind, and if watching him in the pasture is any indication, he's got movement to spare. Spooky has exceptional bone and conformation and we are excited to see him continue to mature and start his journey under saddle this spring. His first foals will hit the ground spring of 2026 and they will be another test of how good a stallion he really is.

STEVIE
Every farm needs an adorable mini and ours simply wouldn't be complete without our Stevie. The very first pony to live on our property, this pony is worth his weight in gold, because he just knows how to be a horse. You can put him with anyone, but his preference is definitely to be with the ladies. Stevie leads without a halter and free ranges the farm while the others watch in envy. He will always greet you with a nicker and loves scratches and snacks. It's safe to say that he's a lifer.
